The owner was always there - friendly and accommodating. Connection with staff - felt welcome. Fantastic breakfast, delicious lunch and dinner. Good location for Nurburgring and Cochem. Beautiful scenery and empty roads. Excellent restaurant, first-class meals. Friendly and welcoming staff.

This cozy hotel is located in the beautiful Mosel River Valley where breathtaking views and exquisite wine are the norm. Although small, the rooms have all of the necessary facilities, including comfortable bedding and large windows that let in a lot of natural light. the breakfast served there is beyond delicious and it's definitely the hotel's highlight. Guests are also impressed by the staff’s helpfulness when it comes to giving recommendations for local attractions.
The hotel seems to lack proper insulation, which creates problems when it comes to critters getting in.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the location, surrounded by beautiful scenery, and the hotel staff, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. In addition, the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The hotel facilities were also great, and the parking was easy to use.

The meals exceeded our expectations, and the beautiful surroundings make for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the company of the friendly staff, who provided excellent service. Plus, even though it took a little drive getting there, it was worth it for the picturesque location.
The accommodations left much to be desired. The rooms were small and cramped, and the lack of mosquito screens led to a frustrating and itchy night. Additionally, the parking was difficult to maneuver. while the food and scenery were lovely, the discomfort and inconvenience of the room and parking made our stay less than desirable.

The surroundings are very pretty and perfect for nature lovers. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The food is excellent and it always makes you feel like coming back for more.
The hotel is quite far from the main road which can be a problem if you're planning on moving around a lot. The rooms are not very spacious and the bathroom is cramped.
